Since 2013 I have been using the SvetL Complex, thanks to which some diseases that I had, have disappeared. Before, starting from around autumn or November, through to March, I always used to catch cold even from small drafts, felt the effects of osteochondrosis, and suffered constant insomnia and other ailments. However, since using SvetL, I’ve dressed lightly all through autumn and winter (out of step with the season), didn’t catch a cold, have slept better, and I feel a lot better.

Now I’m building a house (in Krasnoyarsk), and I sleep overnight there, at temperatures of 0-2 degrees.
